This residential home provides accommodation for over 200 fit and mobile older persons. Residents must have a minimum income of an Old Age Grant.

Once current renovations are complete, assisted living facilities will be available to those requiring help, as well as a frail care facility for 33 residents. Preference is given to those with limited income.

Accommodation is furnished rooms with built in cupboards. Communal ablution facilities.
