Letter of appreciation
We, the family of the late Mrs JD Henry, would like to express our appreciation to all those at JCH Frail Care Unit who cared for her.
Thanks to the staff nurses and sisters who kept us updated on our mother’s physical and emotional state and needs, especially during lockdown.
Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Sr. Erica Bothma who, even when she was off duty, took the trouble to keep us informed pf any changes in our mother’s condition, and who made it possible, with very strict protocols, for me to spend time with my mother, when the end was near.
