Tafta Park Resident has green fingers
For 36 years, Phillip and Estelle Swart lived in a house across the road from the land which would become Tafta Park. When building began, he used to tease his wife that ‘they are building our future old age home’. Then, in 2013, the joke came true!
Phillip is a firm believer in keeping busy. “Gardening keeps me active and relaxes me,” he says. “I also collect stamps and coins, and enjoy photography and storytelling.”
We’re sure that, with five grandchildren, there is no shortage of photo opportunities or willing audiences for Phillip’s stories!
When is it time for frail care? When it enhances dignity and quality of life.
